We are delighted to share the news that Delamode Bulgaria has successfully renewed it’s ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, following the audit of its quality management system and processes.
ISO 9001:2015 is the current standard that specifies the requirements that a quality management system must include and governs the quality processes within an organisation. This standard is based on several quality management principles, which include: a strong customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, the process approach, continual improvement, decision making and relationship management.
Delamode Bulgaria first achieved this certification back in 2014, so it is with great pleasure that their accreditation has been renewed and extended for a further three years and we would like to thank the entire team for maintaining the quality of services.
